2004 yamaha 300 hpdi

I have 2004 yamaha 300 hpdi that started surging at high speed. After 5500 rpm it cuts back to about 5000 rpm. I just had filters replaced about 6 months ago.

what filters did you have replaced?
What is the fuel pressure coming out of the VST

a lot of times, the medium pressure canister (#18) is forgotten. should be changed every 50hrs.
Also, VST filter (#26)

I remember the dealer telling me that they changed out 2 filters. The same thing happen when I first bought the motor and it blew a power head.Every since the replaced it about 4 1/2 years ago its been flawless with it being maintaned every year. Now its doing the same thing and I just ran out of warranty, I`m worried now. I have it a the dealer
