Well, I have a 2005 Yamaha 90 horse on a 25' pontoon. We took it out on a test run yesterday. When the throtle is a little more than half the rpm would be at 5000rpm range. Is that right ? I thought that is should be around the 3000 to 4000rpm range. For the propeller,What pitch should be the best for this motor and boat ? Please let me know if I miss out any info. Oh, we don't have the speedometer so I can't tell what speed it was cruising at. But I can tell you one thing it was not fast enough.
