impeller, and i think im not sure with the 140hp as i have a 40hp there is 3 different pipes that pump water from the lower unit to cool your cylinders.
they might be clogged up as well.
if you take your lower unit apart make sure not to lose anything in case you change your mind like i did and take it to the shop after you open it up and decide this is not for you
