trying to remove lower unit, removed 4 bolts is there something else?

remove the trim tab by removing the bolt located on top, in front of the lower casing just above the prop, you have to push the lower casing sideways just enough to get your socket in, remove the ttab, then under the ttab is a bolt, remove and the lower unit should slide out, ensure you have someone holding the unit, dont want this falling on your most vulnerable parts. You can do this on your own, but be very carefull.

sorry, on top of the lower unit you will see a black plastic cap, price that off with a screw driver and you will have access to the bolt that removes the trim tab, onve removed the last bolt holding the lower unit up is accessable under the trim tab.
