2006 Yamaha 90 Stalling Out

My 90 HP 2006 Yamaha stalls out when put into gear. Have cleaned the fuel fiter twice....nothing there. Have revved in nuetral trying to flush any trash from the engine. No luck. Starts right up, put into gear and engine quits. Any thoughts appreciated.

Check you cable adjustments. The retainers for the cables sometimes put the cable in a bind causing it to pull on the cut out switch. Also is this a 2 cycle? Had an issue with the return to port switch sticking on mine.
