2006 yamaha f-15 power problems

i recently had taken my four stroke 15hp to an elevation of 3600 ft. the motor ran like crap(very rich) i only ran out to the fishing hole ,10 minutes then used my electric all day.well i brought her back to sea level,it runs like it did at 3600 ft.i took it to a yamaha dealer they adjusted a screw in the carburator,well that did nothing.my ga s vent screw is open,i've checked the spark plugs,fuel filter.everything is clean.this motor is brand spakin new.my 1980 johnson 7.5 hp honestly has more power.i've phoned yamaha direct to get an answer but it's been 4 days now no call back.i'm frustrated because it is fishing time for sockeye and i don't have a motor. can some one help me please.
