2008 150 4 stroke has a sticky throttle.

as the title says, the throttle is sticky on this motor. disconnected the cables and everything is smooth. hand operate the throttle and there is a little bit of resistance but once the cables are hooked back up the throttle controls are extremely hard to move. what gives? there is quite a bit of moving parts on the motor to operate the throttle but everything seems to be moving freely.

Have you adjusted the throttle friction screw on the 703 control? The cables may be too long or to tight a radius.
