I am kicking myself now for not spending the additional $300 or so to move to the 90hp Honda when I bought my new Premier Pontoon last summer.. But I was pinching the dollars as I also needed to buy the trailer and boatlift at the same time.
Anyway from what I can tell the mill, bore and stroke are the exact same between the two engines.. So where are they squeezing out the addtl 15hp? I'm assuming its in the timing, fuel delivery and computer.
Does anyone know if I can get my computer reprogrammed to get me to the 90hp?
