200hp mercury

i have a 200 hp mercury. the hub keeps spinning out on my older prop and i keep having to get it replaced. so i am thinking about just going ahead and getting a new prop with a replaceable hub. would an aluminum prop be a bad idea? should i just go ahead and spend the extra money and get a stainless steel one? if so does anybody know of a good cheaper stainless steel prop?

assuming the hub is installed correctly are you seating hub properly idle forward 5min reverse idle 1 min (this twice) then hard in rev. and good to go. i had this problem once i had a bent prop shaft though check prop shaft for trueness
