Nope.....I have a 22' Islander and do not have a measurement in front of me but I do have a 48" minkota elec troller for my rowboat and it will not come anywhere near the water. Also keep in mind any wave action at all would lift it from the water if it did reach.
Those boats aren't owned by the members that post them, so not likely to be any help found IN that topic, so please don't post a request for info there.
Viper, were you at the office or at the trolling motor store and looking for an answer while you were away from home? I thought you had taken possession of it and likely had access to measure it. There's no evidence of a waterline mark along the hull sides?
If a 48" isn't long enough for Airshot's boat, I don't think the extra 2" will help.
