Thanks JB how did you know what year it was, I need a part for my throttle control handle, what would it be under and how would I know which spline my boat has. Also which repair manual should I get.
You can use this for 1979+ Johnson/Evinrude engines,<br />I N T R O D U C E S <br />1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 <br />Use the 2nd and 3rd last letters in your model<br />ie:J25RCDC or cd or 1986.<br />Sometimes its the 1st and 2nd letter but often the last letter is just a production code.
