Small update...
Got a bit of the exterior mounted hardware off, and going to get it ready to all be rebed to make sure no leaks. Bow rail, pulpit, and some exterior wood got removed. Got the old adhesive off and after a bit of reworking and some planning should start putting things back inside it. Took a few photos, enjoy.
This is what was under the pulpit. One of the POs at some point added caulk around the edge, but never removed and resealed it up. Needless to say it leaked pretty bad at the very front here.

Cabin looking aft. Thats the wiring on the floor. It will go back in place once I decide whats going on with the wood it used to mount to.
Finally some of the old wood that was removed. These will be sanded, stained and varnished like the other wood I redid. The aft rail, some cockpit wood and swim platform will be done also.
