3.0 anti tamper devise

How can i remove the "anti tamper devise" on the carb mixture screw ?

I read Don`s thread - but as i read it you have to order a new carb mixture screw - if that`s the way to go - can someone tell me the part numbers that i need to remove the devise on a Mercruiser 135 serial number 1A004666
