3.0 engine alignment

I need to align my 3.0. Witness marks are heavy on the bottom side of the alignment tool. Engine needs to raise, correct? My main question is, what size are the adjustment nuts on the motor mount? I have to buy a wrench and it looks like it might be a tough job. My boat has a sun deck engine cover with the rear seat back only inches away from the front of the motor. Thanks

Front engine needs to go down not up to get more witness marks on the top of the tool

I don’t know if it’s the same for three point no but on my five point no the side mounts are an inch and 1/16th or an inch and 1/8 th I can’t remember offhand

If your seat back is like mine it may have a removable panel to access the front of the engine easily
