30 hp trim button location

will be getting a 30 hp tohatsu 4 stroke with my new rig. been looking at the manual online and cannot find where the trim button is on the tiller model. i know one of u fellas know. i have decided on a 1648 .100 ga weldbilt with a 20 in transom. the questions will keep coming thanks

The TT sw is on the starboard side of the lower cowl, just aft of center. Very convenient when on the trailer. The EP (remote) version also has one on the shift lever of the RC. If you'd like, you can also add a remote (boat-mounted) TT sw near your helm seat.

so i guess my question is , if u are under way can u access the trim switch? should i just pyt a remote switch near my helm seat?thanks for the help. am putting the finishing touches on the new boat.

Hard to reach from in the boat; Install a remote switch if you don't have an RC box setup.
