3hp Evinrude Lightwin what year is it please

I have a Evinrude 3hp Lightwin Blue with white cover throttle lever on port side carb adjustments on front only numbers on data plate are 3806A - E02711 any idea as to what year it is?

That would be a 1968 firestormpro.
