4.3L V-6 water in engine

My motor wouldn't restart after running it for 2hours. I pulled spark plug out and water ran out of hole. There is no water in oil pan. Motor is not froze up, it will turn over. What is some things I can check? Some diagnostic procedures would also help. Thanks

Youre not giving many details.
Did you shut it off while moving?
Did you raise the drive after you turned it off?
What make are you running?

Your exhaust manifold and or elbow is shot.

Start shopping for replacements. GLM has very attractive prices, but you do get what you pay for, thier quality has not exactly been stellar.
