I turned it upside down(on its head)to install new water pump, now it will not hit a lick
Fuel doesn't get into engine to fire it from bulb.plenty of firmness on bulb though.what to do if float and needle are stuck?carb disassembly looks very difficult.motor started before it was set on its top to replace the impellerIf carburetor was full of fuel it is likely flooded now.------Pull on the cord , check for spark.-----If you have spark , pull cord ( no choke ) till it starts.
It did bark when I did that. Some trouble shooting required on your part !!-----You could put a few drops of fuel in the cylinder through spark plug hole.----Try and start it and report if it " barks " for you.----Carburetors are simple / easy to inspect and repair.
I am at my camp now, with limited work space and tools.just hoping for something simple and easy before taking it home from wv to nc.It did bark when I did that.

Have done exactly that with no help.thanks anywayEasy to take carburetor apart for inspection !-----Maybe tap the carburetor with a hammer ( piece of firewood ??).-----When you operate the manual pump you are also testing.-----Fuel MUST flow to the motor ( 3 or 4 pumps ) when you operated the bulb.------If that does not happen something is wrong.
Next step is taking it home and disassembling carbHave done exactly that with no help.thanks anyway
