Its got pull start and a starter . Its a 1972 evinrude 40hp.
Was wondering if it has a charging unit and if not how difficult to put one on if possible..

Not as standard although one was available as an accessory. It was a belt driven generator and all the parts of the kit are in the diagram HERE The kit is no longer available new.
