5.0 Merc EFI - Alarm Self Test

I had the boat winterized including engine oil change, fuel filter change, and drive oil change. Now the self test 3 beeps doesn't work when ignition is initially turned on.

Any ideas what they could have done? Service was done at a Merc Dealer.

Problem solved. I found the emergency tether switch not making full contact. It should be noted that that I had full electrics and the engine would crank over. The only thing that did not work was the 3 beep self test when the key was turned on.
