5.0glpwtr, block drain plugs

the heads on my block drain plugs are starting to get rounded and so I want to replace them before it becomes a problem. Is this the correct replacement part, #78?

Yes, that is the correct part, but instead of ordering it from Volvo, go to your local plumbing store, hardware store, big box, or auto parts store and get a brass 1/4" NPT Hex plug. You could use a regular square headed pipe plug, but with the hex plug you have a head to use a wrench or socket on.

Thanks Don- I had tried Lowes already but I couldn't match up the thread pitch but I was also looking in the metric bins- I guess that was the issue. I'll try your suggestion!
