50 etlk running problem

my 50etlk starts quick ,runs and idles and pumps water but has no power when it is at full throttle or any throttle position. it shifts smoothly as well.

Do you have the correct fuel pressure? Is the fuel filter clean? Are the corect spark plugs installed? Is the gap and torque correct?
