50 hp Johnson misses at wot

My new to me 2005 J50PLS0C misses at half to WOT. I deleted the VRO and run it on mixed gas. It doesn't do it at a constant rate just seems to be random. I'll be cruising along and all of a sudden it seems like the ignition is cut.

I have done this with the same results. What would running with the cowl off tell me?

I did not know that you had run with another tank !-----Post results of a compression test.

Compression is 135psi on both cylinders. What size fuel line should I be using? It has new 5\16 bulb and line.
