BUT .... is the carb getting fuel? Fuel up to the carb is not the same a fuel in the carb. It is increasingly common for the needle valve to stick in the seat if you do not run your motor out of fuel when done for the day. I'll bet that if you remove your bowl you will find that one or both are dry. You will need to remove the carbs and unstick the needles. You cannot do it on the motor, at least my 500 Thunderbolt you can't.
