6 HP 70's Rude on 14' AlumaCraft

Not my boat, I am relaying a request for info from a Luddite friend.
He just bought a 14' AlumaCraft w/ a 6 HP 70's vintage (White cover) Evinrude on the back.
The plastic prop that came with boat looks like it has been used to chop stumps, and has no readable markings.
Suggestion for pitch/diameter for this boat?
He just wants to scoot around the little lakes in MN, light load, fuel and no fat chicks..

stocker should be a 8x7 3blade aluminum. Mine pushes my 12foot rowboat pretty good and also does duty as a kicker motor on my 16' Lund. the 8x7 works pretty well in both situations.
