65 johson problems

need help please, i have a 1973 johnson 65 hp and when you put it in full throttle it bogs down and does not get on plane, replaced buld, checked fuel lines, cleaned carbs and replaced spark plugs, but still bogs down at full throttle, any help would much be apperiated, thank you

Basic health check needed to begin with.
Compression
Spark
Fuel delivery
Plug condition.

check timing, and do a linc n sinc. after doing as kenmyfam suggest.

thanks for all the replys guys. did a compression test and got 120 on the first 2 cylinders and 90 and the third cylinder, bad i know, but how do i get it up to 120 psi?... dont think i need to rebuild the carbs- clean as a whistle, think all it is , is the compression difference. what does it involve?,,, thanks again for all the replys, i really do apperiate it guys
