ya know could be air leak. the fixed hispeeed nut is missing its gask. ill make a new one this evening. headed to the creek with ma lil eska 5hp. thanks for the encouragement and advice indeed. 

You need to install a carb kit. She'll purr like a kitten.

man ive found some good prices for this motor...carb kit and impeller total cost bout $27...jeenkies thats cheap..i may play with this one b4 i sell it haha

alright,blew out the water tube etc etc.so why isnt there water coming from the tail tell???only a mist at this point.any opinion appreciated

its here on this model. JW21E 1966 and it looks like the left set of holes got most of the flow since it was first put in the water some 45yrs ago???
