67 Evinrude Starflite 100 S question

Recently we purchased a boat and it came with this engine. We were wondering if it was a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke and if it is a 2 stroke what kind of fuel to oil ratio is used in it? Thanks for any help.

It's a 2 stroke. Fuel mix is 50:1 or 16oz oil to 6 gal of gas. Make sure the oil is TCW-3 rated.
