'67 Johnson 3hp JW22--propeller won't spin

I had the motor out on the lake for an hour and it was running great. As I was coming into the shallow water, the prop churned in a little sand. Not rocks or anything hard. Now the motor runs just fine, but the propeller isn't spinning. It turns when I pull to start it, but not when running. Is there a shear pin in there that may have given out? I hope it's nothing too bad. Thanks for the help!

Yes, it has a shear pin.
