7.5 gamefisher lower unit

When I removed the lower unit on my 7.5 gamefisher #225581750 a pin fell out 3/16 in diameter and 7/8 inches long, where does this pin go??

Could it be the prop pin? here is a link to a 15 hp but item 32 may be the pin you have.
