likely you have a push to choke ignition switch. the 703 is very versatile, if your engine doesnt have/need a manual choke disregard it.

It did not have a blue wire but the<br />yellow wire had 3 connectors on it. /me rubs crystal ball...damn too cloudy.<br />whats your engine model?<br />just leave the blue wire unplugged if your engine starts.
