what all do i have to change to fix this,,and does anyone have a used one,sn 3272828 ,thanks

The rotors are non-removeable from the rotor shaft. You therefore need to buy a new or used rotor and shaft, and install it into the distributor. A new rotor and shaft is in the $200 range.

I know exactly what you are talking about. The rotor button is the carbon rod in the center of the distributor cap that contacts and energizes the rotor.
My cap was full of water and this button and springs were wrecked. I am looking for a button too! Let me know if you learn anything here.

I am not to familiar with your engine ,I can say that I used a carbon button and spring from an old Chevy V8 in a Hyundai car that the button was worn out ,a pair of needle nose pliers and done and it started nicely after cleaning the other 4 contacts,ran it that way for another 1 until the car was sold

If you're talking about the carbon brush inside the distributor cap it's still available from Mercury.

But any brush with the same diameter/length should work fine ...
