Well after a very long time and many issues. I can get back to my boat. 1972 Starcraft Islander.
The typical chine crack issues. I suck at welding aluminum. Can map gas and an aluminum stick do the job if don on both sides. Gussets will be put inside the hull along the flexing area and riveted with 5200 etc. ???

I would check with your local radiator shop. most weld aluminum all day long. or hire a welder. plenty of mobile welding services out there.
