Hey coach.....<br /><br />Disconnect the large harness connector in the engine, the one that connects the engine to the control box and jump the starter solenoid to crank the engine. If you get spark now, problem lays in the kill circuit which amounts to putting the pack to ground through the key switch.<br /><br />If you still got no spark, could be the charge coil under the flywheel is shot or the timer base is bad.<br /><br />EDIT: Look under the flywheel for any goo laying around. This is a sign that the stator has gone south.
