hey bud i have the same motor and just changed my water pump today. there is one bolt in the front of the lower unit closest to the back of your boat. then theres two nuts on both sides that you have to remove with a wrench. then theres two nuts under the bottom fin that are kinda deep in there. then theres a hole in the above the prop that removes that little metal fin take the fin off and theres a bolt where that fins at. good luck.
