'75 70HP Evinrude

My control cables are frayed, no longer shift the transmission, and key is seized up too.

Where can I go for replacement? Do these come in standard set-ups just based on the length, or what?

It's on a 16 foot tri-hull so I'm guessing around 12 feet of cable needed.
