75 horse 84 model won't throttle down

runs good at top speed,idles great,starts great...when i give it gas it wants to bogg down.If i go slow it will pick up.any ideas.

Mid range carb jets clogged, rebuild with carb kit/s, run wire through jets to make certain they are clear, spray out with carb spray .
