750 brute where 24v is abnormal 12v works fine

Hi,

I just figured out how to start a new thread. My problem is, I flip the side foot switch to 12v, push the peddle it goes. I flip the switch to 24v and it runs immediately. I don't have the opportunity to push the foot peddle. Something weird about the red wire but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
