Hey I just bought this motor and I don't see anywhere that the water is supposed to come out so you know the water pump is working?

the two exhaust holes just below the back of the powerhead cowling will spit a little if everything is working okay. You can also retro-fit a tell tale. Lots of posts here to search on for that.
