Quick update.....

I survived the surgery and so did the stone

They put in a stent and will be following up after my trip.

Thanks everyone.......sooooo....

Made it home, and there was in fact a new bucket of resin....went and picked up some mixing buckets, rollers and trays......

Will tackle the blocks early in the morning.....think I might run them over the table saw to give the PB a place to sink it's teeth in.....

Supposed to get into the triple digits here for next few days.......Maine was alot cooler!

Hoping to have enough time to get all the blocks PB'd to the hull tomorrow then maybe get the CSM in place on Sunday....

Not so sure I will get much done today...running a fever still...started a few days ago, doc gave me meds but haven't helped yet....



I have a gelcoat question:
The gel I put down on the deck was mixed at 2% MEKP with 4% Surface wax added. I mixed batches of 200ml.......put it down with a 9" mohair roller....Problem is that it is still tacky...If I sit on it, it pulls fibers from my jeans...any dirt on my shoes is being left behind also...it has been a couple weeks. Is this normal? What are my options? Should I have used a different brush?
