78 Mercury I/O?

I was wondering if anyone knows the horse power for this motor as well what kind of experience people have had with it.

78 Mercury IN LINE 4 Cylinder. The lower unit has 460 on if that helps in anyway. I was also told that the motor has a ford small block head on it..

P.S. sorry i just read "No Motor" questions can someone move this topic for me..
