Hi All,
Haven't been around in awhile, but wanted to share my new "barn find"... '79 'Rude #35953A. Woke her up, decarbed, and the compression seems to be around 125 on both cylinders. Threw her on my boat, and she runs great!!!
Question 1: Are there provisions for hooking up guages, i.e., tach & amp meter, etc., to this motor? The service manual was in the boat and it's toast and barely readable... 'Till a new one arrives, I gotta beg for info :redface:
Question 2: The head gasket, as you can see in first compression pic, is red. Does this indicate that it was replaced at one point?
