Does anyone have a link to a new trim switch?
Or an aftermarket one that fits?

Check on the crowleymarine web site. Look for "rigging and accessories" for the proper year Johnnyrude controls and you may find a part number.

Thanks, that's what I was doing wrong. So far every one I've looked at is discontinued.
My controls I think are from an older model. My motor is a 1994.
But this is my controls.

That switch in that handle you link looks a lot like this switch this guy uses in his aftermarket MacGyver fix.

You might be right....there used to be many of those online that are the inexpensive.

I'll do some more digging. Your motor has the Deutsch connectors right?

I ordered that switch he showed in his video. My handle is nice. Just need to replace the switch.
I'll post some pictures and my results when done.
Thanks.

Switch came today.
One pic from the eBay link you posted, and one pic of the Amazon switch I bought with it in my handle. I hope to complete the install this week. I'll post back how it all goes and how it works.1000019070.jpg1000019071.jpg
