82 Canadian 18hp Piston Rings

I am having a heck of a time finding aftermarket standard bore rings for my 18. All the sites (if they even list a set for the 18) only show the Mercury listing for around $200. that is insane for 4 rings.

Does anyone have a lead on after market rings for this 82 18hp motor.

Sorry but this was a oddball engine Merc made for a couple of years and there are no aftermarket pistons, rings or sleeves offered for this engine. JUMP over to Ebay at listing below as they have them listed for $8.50 BUY IT NOW before they find out what they are worth!!!!!!!

Thanks for the link. Those rings are for a 18 XD engine. It has a different part number then the 18 that I am looking for but will they work???

The part number I find for yuor engine rings are 39-12810A12, same as ebay listing. I think they have em posted wrong......
