84 85hp force sat for years .

Hi all .. i was recently given a bayliner capri with a 84 85hp force .. My question is this the prev owner had the motor rebuilt used once then the boat sat for about 7 years and not having been used for such a long period of time is there anything i should do to motor before running ? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you ... John

We have one of those purchased new in 84. Most reliable piece of equipment we have ever owned. The tech guys will chime in but you will hava a blast on that boat. Good luck.
