'84 Yamaha 40 HP won't stay running...

Got a problem and could use some advice. Just remodeled an '83 16 ft pontoon and took it out for it's first time this past weekend. The 40 hp Yamaha I have on it is an '84, and just had new plugs put on it. I have new gas tanks, fuel lines, and primer bulbs... however the motor will run good for about 15 mins wide open in the water, then the primer bulb goes flat and will not even release back out so you can give it more gas. The motor doesn't seem to be getting gas after it is ran for awhile, and I have a hard time getting it to stay cranked again. Appears there's a leak somewhere, but I'm new to the boating thing and was looking for any new advice anyone may have. Thanks in advance!

Good quality fittings or Tempo junk ? Sounds like the hose is leaking at either the engine or tank connection.
