Should be between 4500-5500 rpm at WOT. Prop size and pitch will vary depending on many factors. Post in the prop forum and someone there is sure to help. My prop on my 85 hp (1988) for my 17' bowrider is 13.75 x 17 pitch and I get about 5200 rpm at WOT and about 35 mph.
