87 200hp Evinrude bulletins

Looking at buying a boat with this engine on it and would like to see if there were any service bulletins issued on it. Where would I find them?

*6 and 87 had a lot of problems with carb issues,idle issues and it a 2.7 small bore engine and is only about 185hp at prop so dont expent it to perform like a 3,0 liter

Sorry that I haven't been on in a while. Had a buddy end up buying it fairly cheap but cleaning the carbs found out they are the bakealite or "plastic" carbs. Needs a stator too as there is goo dripping down. Again, sorry haven't been on for a while but we will get it going. Thanks for the response.
