Re: 87 Billion for Iraq...Minus 55 Bil. for Calif.

A paramont problem with the illegal's that come from the "South", is that they are major narcotic trafficers. As I posted before, I was with a major law enforement agency for almost 30 years. About 80% of the illegals I delt with had some type of controled substance in their possession when confronted. More often than not, the amounts were considered a "saleable" amount. Upon interviewing the "offender", usually in Spanish, they said they bought black tar herion, "chiva", in Mexico for next to nothing and brought it with them to sell once they were here, help them get started started here, financally.
This was a major problem in, as the "chiva" was about 90%+ pure and caused many overdoses and deaths.
Now a major problem around here as well as the rest of the nation, is "crank", (meth). The narcotics taskforces are taking off meth labs, about once or more a week. "Better living thru chemistry", ???.
Now, wht really p*ssed me off........a couple of years ago, I towed my boat from the SF peninsula, to mainland Mexico, for a magnificent fishing trip in the Sea of Cortez. On the way, I picked up a good friend, who lives in Arizona now. I worked with him for a number of years in different assignments.
After we ran out of days in Mexico, we returned thru the Nogales boarder, entering Hairyzona. We got to customs and were asked the usual questions, AT FIRST. We were asked where we had been and what was the nature of our trip. It was quite obvious, as we were towing my cuddy cabin and had 6 different fishing poles and about 100 ice chests. I advised the "midget" customs agent we had been fishing and were on the way home.
He asked how did we do and what did we bring back. I told him we were just "catching and releasing" the fish, as we could not get any dry ice and did not have anything to seal what we caught "air tight."
The midget now turned into a "mental midget" where as he placed a bright orange sign on my dash and said "pull in to spot #9." For the next 45 minutes, my van and boat were totally searched, which included the use of mirrors and a drug sniffing K-9.
That is fine, but during this time, my buddy and I watched scores of vehicles containing "non-whites" being waived thru and this included various types of trucks, including fully enclosed and stake bed types, fully loaded with people and who knows what else.
This is NAFTA and other BS at work.
During the entire time, 45 mins., we were being checked, not ONE other vehicle was pulled out of line and searched.
I was reaally ticked then. finally after we were cleared, we got back in to the van and were driving off, with the "midget" standing by, I greeted our departure with the words, "Have an average day, genius."
With what we saw that day, it is very obvious how easy it is for the "other guys" to get thru. I can see what the many ranchers in Southern Arizona go through, not having any check points near many of their cities.
 Yea NAFTA????
...Bob in Calif...

Giving illegals a drivers licence nothing more than pandering for the hispanic vote. ( I bet a good third are illegal and vote anyway)

There are alreadu many movements underway to nullify it. Hopefully they write it in a clear, concise and politically correct manner so the 9th District Court won't over turn it.

Grey Davis is a fool, and a cheap politician. Sure he inherited the problems from Pete Wilson, but was such an incompetant, he blew his opportunity many times over.

Ubberoth was the best man for the job, but he has no Charisma to excite the voters. Mc Clintlock was figuring on picking up Ubberoths numbers, but most went to Arnold.

I wouldn't mind McClintlock being govenor. We need somebody to get tough on the illegal immigration problem, the budget issues, and education. But he has to understand that Arnold is the best chance for the republicans to gain control of the governorship.

If Arnold drops out, so will a lot of voters. Preety much handing over the state to the incompetants

How in the heck can you qualify that assumption???
Their wholesome outlook as you put it will soon be tainted by their local brothers who will show them the ropes of the seemingly perpetual giveaways to include food stamps, welfare, and for the more industrious ones, affirmative action.
I just did, by my observation. Not by the assumption or prejudices that all people want giveaways.
History qualifies it also. Past legal immigrents passed down conservative values, good work ethics to you and I.
Common sense qualifies it also.
A person that is willing to jump through all the hoops that is needed to become a citizen isn't likely to abuse or take advantage of the thing they worked so hard to get.

Don't make the assumption that legal immigrants bring with them lazyness or liberal views. I know that the opposite is true.

Skinny,Then maybe you need to make a trip down here to south Texas and see for yourself first hand that their pride doesn't shine so bright as you put it.Neighborhoods are full of these proud individuals whose yards are buried in second hand couches, tires, and many other items that they just can't find the time between all of their proud hard work to pick up so the rest of the residents don't have to see their property values depreciated to barrios.Maybe manana. It is also for some reason common practice to park their cars in the front yard instead of the driveway provided. We are talking about the average Mexican here aren't we?Or just one nice guy that you know.Does pride still mean what I think it does?It isn't Mexicans that I have a problem with,it's their way of life that effects others around them.

The area Wal-mart parking lot has as many used diapers in it as it does shopping carts that haven't been put away. And since 90% plus of the people that shop there are proud Mexicans I think it's safe to assume that Belgium immigrants are not the problem.

Re: 87 Billion for Iraq...Minus 55 Bil. for Calif.

Long Island has a ton of illegal irish immigrants on the east end.

They don't make a mess, they are relatively quite (except after a few pints) they are very neat. Yet I personally knew 4 irish illegals that were deported for various reasons. ( two were stopped by the cops for equipment violations on their car, They produced an Irsih drivers licence and a passport, Another was pulled over for DUI, and the forth was arrested for fighting)

So why are illegal europeans deported for petty crimes (except the DUI) and illegal hispanics are arrested and then released back into the barrios???

ob, sorry for your bad luck.
I'll bet across the tracks there will be plenty of anglo's digging at crank sores, picking buggers and puking in thier laps.

Maybe you should visit out here where the majority of young people with brown skin are the best dressed walking the malls.
Where the local high school in this small ag community, more then half of the graduating class were brown and did so with honors.
Where at the company I work for, the first to arrive in the morning and last to leave, with the least amount of pay, with the least amount of infractions, the best attitudes are all brown.

See ob, I don't have to even mention the "one", I know.
For every bad example, I'll give you two good ones. But I'd rather not, because I expect you will only see what you want to see........

Oh that's it .One of those guys huh.If I can't swallow your observations that Mexicans are more dilligent workers ,the best dressed, and I guess just all round better than one of us disgruntled whiteys that can't seem to see the light ,that its real easy and convenient to just stuff me in the racist box.Talk about blathering out of both sides of your mouth and the anal cavity all at once.Is this just a California thing? Perhaps you need to step out of your small agricultural community and view the bigger picture.
Oh, and by the way. As almost a punishment to the citizens of this state by our supreme governor.

The entire cost of the bill, it's implimentation and additional burdens, are solely and directly passed on to the citizens by way of increased drivers licencing fees.
The law is written in the bill that it prohibits using the illegals application for the licence to be used against him to deport.

Yes, all that's needed to register to vote is a drivers licence. However, it's against the law for a non citizen to do so. This falls into the sole juristiction of local county's. They won't have the resources or the will to investigate or enforce.
So yes, as it is now, there will be massive voter fraud.
-------------------------------------------------

Why would you be so concerned that even more of these high achievers would be allowed to cast their vote in one of your states elections? You wouldn't let some little law technicality stand between you and your passion of increasing the numbers of hard working moral bound individuals would you?

I wonder if all of these mexicans speak as highly of you throughout the nation as you do them.Well, not really, because I know they don't.That's another problem that I can't seem to see the light on.While they exclusively appear to only promote their own interests and agendas both politically and socially.Which begs the question.Once there is total hispanic control of every township and community throughout the country, will they be as compassionate toward insuring that all other races get equal opportunity?I think not.You can think whatever you want.

One of those guys, what?
One of those guys that is white and works hard daily not to be racist?
One of those guys that will look at the good and see, know and live more of it then always looking for the bad?
One that that doesn't give a rats behind how you think personally?

It's a lot harder to swallow being called a racist all the time because your white.
Then it is whinning about being called a racist when you are.

I'll bet there are a dozen other colors you are proud to find fault in.

Like I said, sorry for your bad luck!

Now if you want to talk about the law that's fine.
However, if you want to start laying all your hate and discontent with people different then you, I'll participate only enough to point it out.

Yeah, I'm one of those guys.....

i tried to slog thru all of the comments here, i really did. i learned alot. i have personal experiences with hardworking immigrants. i have personal experiences with escaped penal immigrants. i would forbid illegal immigrants entry either way. period. and be **** pissed of the right to fricking vote! jeez - talk about insanity

i'm glad that in some areas the latest immigrants are forthright americans. i'd hafta say that all i've run across in my state are both hardworking & totally ruinous to our local funding. the few work, and work hard, the majority suck the lifeblood out of our tax dollars. Re: 87 Billion for Iraq...Minus 55 Bil. for Calif.

Calling someone a racist for recognizing a few facts of life is a cheap shot and a copout to addressing some of the points that I made that get under my skin. Before you tag someone as such you should be man enough to get all of your facts in line.I grew up in South Texas and as unfathomable as it may seem to some ,have several Mexican friends that I've known for years.Believe it or not, some are disgusted about many of the same points that I've made regarding the poor upkeep of neighborhood property, littering at will, and general apathy toward rearing their children to exhibit respect and self worth.Do some whites and other races exhibit similar weaknesses? You bet they do.However ,where I live a demographically disproportionate number of Hispanics do.Does this observation make me a racist? Not in my opinion.

ob- apparently, my comment said more than you could comprehend. just wanted to point out the fact that many of you "whitey's" (your term) are so upset about immigrants, yet can't even spell a simple english word.

and btw, you are a racist. trust me.

What's to comprehend? The fact that you made a smart alec statement as to the mispelling of a few words and that it somehow discredits someones opinion. The insinuation wasn't that challenging. Trust me on this one.

Hey mattttt25,Does capitalizing letters at the beginning of a new sentence count as a gramatical error and also exempt you from voicing your opinion? And by the way,on the "trust me" statement at the end of your revenge moment,I don't trust anyone whose thoughts drop from their brain to their tongue like a cheap gumball machine. ;)

Re: 87 Billion for Iraq...Minus 55 Bil. for Calif.

I'm a racist and proud of it. I don't like the trash in all races. Every race has bad seeds just some races have more than others.
In my opinion as a whole white people are the most civil level thinking people on earth. Sure there's alot of Whitey's that aren't worth a beans but Whitey made this country strong and now people of other races are coming here and trying to ram their customs down our throat and if Whitey doesn't like it he's a racist.
If someone wants to come over here and embrace our culture, work and pay their fair share in taxes to keep this country strong than us racist's don't have a problem with it.
It's the ones that come here that don't bother to learn english and bleed the system dry because they have to many kids that they can't support that we have a problem with. They also keep their customs that for the most part I don't agree with that **** us off and they also trash the land.
If you took every hispanic and added up what they pay in taxes and minused what the goverment pays out in benefits to them the Hispanics would owe this country millions of dollars.
Don't get me started about other races because they ALL seem to be this way except racist "Whitey".
Its the goverments fault for letting other races get away with it and its the Liberals fault for influencing the goverment into doing it.
This racist "Whitey" has friends from all races and even has a MEXICAN living with him (how many of you non-racist liberals has a mexican living with you?).
If Mexicans have it so bad here they need to go back to Mexico so they can live in the Utopia they created.
Since we live in A democracy and the majority vote rules I say you Liberals need to find another forum so you will quit polluting our Conservative pollitically incorrect board.

Re: 87 Billion for Iraq...Minus 55 Bil. for Calif.

ob it's getting hard to see the difference between you and the way plywoody used to do it.
Blaming the other, what you do first.

My first post made it clear I was PO'd about illegals. My second post made bold distinctions betwen illegal and legal. Not once did I bring race or color into this conversation until you asked for a qualification.

How in the heck can you qualify that assumption???
I gave you the qualification and examples, not assumption.
It was you that couldn't swallow my observations, or acknowledge my positive factual observations.

If I can't swallow your observations that Mexicans are more dilligent workers ,the best dressed
In fact you discounted all of them.

Skinny,Then maybe you need to make a trip down here to south Texas and see for yourself first hand that their pride doesn't shine so bright as you put it.
You first put yourself in the racist box.

I guess just all round better than one of us disgruntled whiteys that can't seem to see the light ,that its real easy and convenient to just stuff me in the racist box.
Since I was very clear I don't like illegal aliens, period. Of any color, period. Of any race, period. I made it clear I don't have a problem with any legal immigrant of any color, or race. Is this something I have to qualify to you?

In fact, everything was just fine with you as long as I was being negative about lllegal aliens. As soon as I made positive comments about legal immigrants, was when you got the twisties. It wasn't the California or Texas twisties. It was the racist twisties.

Since you now have a parrot from California that provides great examples of:

white people are the most civil level thinking people on earth.........but Whitey made this country strong.........Don't get me started about other races because they ALL seem to be this way except racist "Whitey".......
And.....(seriously ob this guy has you beat, you don't come even close :D :D )....

Since we live in A democracy and the majority vote rules I say you Liberals need to find another forum so you will quit polluting our Conservative pollitically incorrect board.
...Certainly, and by all means continue with your "First Ammendment" entertainment.

BTW, maybe the both of you guys can get your friends and roommate to quit leaving diapers at Walmart.

......they leave used diapers all over the parking lot and shopping carts.....have several Mexican friends.......This racist "Whitey" even has a MEXICAN living with him
;) ;) Yeah Jay, you keep on "advancing" that conservative cause, OK?? :D :D

:D :D

Skinnywater, 10 years from now if your still living in California your going to be singing the same tune we are.
In 10 years from now your neighborhood where your living will be known as a barrio.
There will be a dog fighting stadium on one corner and a rooster fighting ring on the other.
You will be surrounded by homes with a sofa on the front porch usually containing atleast 3 passed out Proud mexicans.
Gunfire will be common all night long.
If your lucky you will be invited to the weekend partys with deafening music.
Stray dogs with tits hanging to the ground because they just had another litter of puppies will be running around your neighborhood.
Your favorite fishing hole will look like the Rio Grande.
There will be to many mexicans and not enough jobs so thats going to promote crime so you better alarm your house and have a gun ready.
The good news is there will be lots of hispanic channels on t.v. that have only beautiful women with large boobs popping out of their shirts (only the finest well built mexican women get put on mexican t.v.).
Why will your neighborhood be like this? Because we live in a democracy and the majority rules.

Only Arnold can save you know.
Skinnywater if you don't mind, may I ask who your voting for in the next election?
I plan on voting for Mcclintock or Arnold depending on how it goes.
Good luck to ya!!!
