I have noticed that when I get water in the entrance to my cuddy cabin (step down from deck) it does not drain. It appears that there is a drain pipe coming from the front of my boat (under floor and gas tank) to my bilge but it appears to be clooged. Before I start ramming stuff up the pipe, is there anything I should be careful about? Could this have a one-way valve that is stuck and going from bilge forward would be a bad idea? Any suggestions before I make a simple problem into an expensive one .

Thanks in advance,
-JustMrWill

Another thought....would drain-o or some other clog remover be too harsh on the fiberglass?

-JustMrWill

I'm no expert and haven't seen your configuration, but what about taping some new hose to the old and using the old hose to pull the new stuff through?
